President's Message

Hello Rotarians,

Thank you to those who attended our luncheon meeting this last week, whether in person or via Zoom. We missed those who were out of town, as summer vacation time is in full swing.

Those that were able to attend enjoyed a craft talk by our own Brian Pellis. He focused his presentation on the current developments within the City of San Bernardino’s Police Department such as Home Crime rates in a post-COVID environment, and the GO SBCity app for your iPhone or Android phone to find how to report graffiti or other issues in your neighborhood. Among other topics, he also spoke about the text to 911 system for those who are not able to speak or cannot speak due to the circumstances they may find themselves in. Thank you, Brian, for a very insightful presentation.

Next Tuesday, our keynote speaker will be Kris Watson, Director of San Bernardino City Animal Services. Please make every effort to be present to hear her message about the services they provide and the programs they maintain.
